Pay Per Click (PPC)

Pay Per Click (PPC) or “Sponsored Link” Advertising is one major facet of Search Engine Marketing. The landscape of Search is ever-changing and will continue to expand and grow exponentially. What was common practice and relevant two years ago or even 9 months ago, may be completely obsolete today. Because of the complexity and time involved managing PPC campaigns, in addition to the constantly changing environment, choosing a company at random or by price is not advisable.

Digital Footprint Media is a tenured Advertising Agency whose clients range from medium-sized businesses to large corporations that can appropriate a large portion of their monthly Ad spend to PPC Advertising. Our experienced Account Managers specialize in large complex campaigns, with multiple service and/or product offerings. Continuing education, as well as learning and utilizing industry best practices is a requisite for our Account Management Team.

Client Selectivity

Digital Footprint Media typically won’t take on every potential client, as we are extremely selective in who we choose to work with. PPC Management is a very complex process and it is only half of the equation. Monthly budget, client availability & interaction, and most importantly your website make up the other half of the PPC puzzle. If we don’t have enough spend to manage, you don’t partake in this extremely organic process. If your website is not built with your end goals in mind; i.e sales, leads, or inquiries; no amount of new traffic will help regardless of the quality. Typically we choose to work with companies that would say yes to the following:

  • Minimum monthly ad spend of $10,000.00
  • Ability to regularly participate in  campaign findings, goals attained, and progression
  • A well organized, conversion focused, and aesthetically pleasing website

Process

Discovery. We want to know you, we want to know your product or service offering, and we want to know your competition. Once we understand you, what you are selling, and who’s competing; we can craft a campaign focused on reaching and exceeding your PPC goals.

Keywords. With the vast tools available to generate keywords and multiple variations, we can develop thousands to hundreds of thousands of keywords for your campaign. The trick is finding more of the obscure but relevant keywords or variations, that cost a fraction of the obvious, but convert at or better than the obvious.

Ad Creation. Like keywords are grouped and then create rich content driven ads are created for greater relevancy. Always maximizing efficiency, we will rotate ads to find the most effective combination. Ultimately, this is where the battle is won with clicks to your website.

Targeting. The world is in reach with the multiple targeting options we have available. We can display ads; either text or image ads anywhere on Google, Google’s Search Network, or the Google Content Network. We also can display your ads on Yahoo and MSN.

Landing Pages. Its important to understand that your home page is less of a factor when dealing with PPC. We can target specific pages on your website to land your traffic. By landing the end-user to a relevant web page on your site, we simply increase the likelihood of your end goal.

Measurability. We utilize Google Analytics to measure everything that happens on your website. Clicks just cost you money so by understanding which keyword clicks are converting we can meet or exceed your goals at a lower cost to you. We will provide you with monthly reporting to show the effectiveness of your website and the progression of your PPC Campaign.

Campaign Management. PPC Management is an organic process, in that it is constantly growing and changing. Our ultimate goal is garnering conversions (web site goals) at the lowest cost. The daily maximization of the right keywords and most effective ads helps us in moving our relationship forward in which you appropriate more of your ad spend to PPC and away from less effective mediums.
